The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, vendor coordination, and team management. The role requires strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies and processes
? Manage procurement of raw materials, equipment, and other resources
? Maintain inventory levels and optimize warehouse operations
? Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
? Plan and schedule production material requirements with operations and manufacturing teams
? Monitor supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements
? Prepare reports and dashboards on procurement, inventory, and logistics metrics
?
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supply chain professionals, warehouse staff, and procurement executives
? Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
? Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost efficiencies
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, and finance
Key Skills & Competencies:
? Strong knowledge of supply chain management, procurement, logistics, and inventory control
? Experience in managing and leading teams
? Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process optimization skills
? Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and supply chain management tools
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
? Ability to manage multiple vendors, projects, and deadlines
?
Language Proficiency: Hindi (Preferred), English (Fluent), Malayalam (Fluent)
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree / MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
? Supply Chain / Logistics certifications preferred but not mandatory
? Minimum 6-8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management, including
team management experience
