Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Supply Chain Manager

to oversee and manage all aspects of our e-commerce supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, efficient logistics, and smooth coordination between warehouses, vendors, and delivery partners to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and oversee all supply chain activities including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Monitor inventory levels and implement stock control procedures to minimize shortages or excess.

Optimize warehouse operations and ensure proper order fulfillment processes.

Analyze supply chain performance and identify areas for process improvement.

Maintain documentation and reports related to purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries.

Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and customer support for seamless operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain management (E-commerce background preferred).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Good communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel and supply chain management software.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
