Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Experience: 13-16 Years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics/ Electrical Engineering, or related field

Job Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations. Ensure the timely purchase of materials and components to meet production schedules. Handle imports and exports, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for seamless operations. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements relevant to the scope of the QMS. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Executive in the purchase department of a Mechanical/Electronics manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, costing, machinery, and materials, including Fabrication, Plastic Molding, Casting, Rubber Molding, Press Components, Machined Parts, etc. Experience with automotive process approach auditing, Risk-Based Thinking, CSR, and Organizational requirements. Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 requirements, and related QMS processes. Experience in conducting and reporting audits, particularly with PFMEA, CP, and automotive core tools.
Good communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
