Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to support business objectives Manage sourcing, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics functions Optimize supply chain processes for maximum efficiency and cost reduction Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, disruptions, or bottlenecks Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, production, finance) and external suppliers Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and reporting tools Negotiate contracts with suppliers and logistics providers Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards Use data and technology (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS) to drive supply chain innovation Lead and mentor supply chain staff and support continuous improvement initiatives
