Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200 people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000 people over the next year.
Qualification: Graduate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field. Diploma holders in Food & Beverage Service or Retail Management may also apply.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Supply Chain & Warehouse Management within_

Job Profile: The Supply Chain Manager will lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, production coordination, warehousing, and distribution of premium bakery products. This role demands expertise in handling perishable items with strict shelf-life requirements, managing cold chain logistics, ensuring timely replenishment across multiple outlets, and driving cost efficiency while maintaining the brand's promise of freshness and quality. The SCM Manager will act as the key link between procurement, production, warehousing, logistics, and retail, ensuring smooth daily operations and long-term strategic growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.* Forecast demand and production based on market trends, promotions, and seasonality.* Implement advanced planning and tracking systems.* Create procurement and inventory plans ensuring zero stock-outs.* Oversee raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse stock across multiple locations.* Ensure compliance with shelf-life requirements and freshness of bakery items.* Drive lean inventory practices to minimize wastage and holding costs.* Collaborate with production units for timely manufacturing and supply of cakes and bakery items.* Align production schedules with sales and retail demand.* Manage third-party logistics partners and in-house fleets.* Optimize dispatch schedules for timely outlet deliveries.* Ensure hygiene, safety, and cold chain standards in storage & transport.* Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions, spoilage, and recalls.* Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety, and hygiene standards.* Track KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, inventory turnover, wastage levels, etc.).* Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and process optimization.*
Required Skills:
