Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.

Handle domestic and international procurement of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure cost optimization and timely deliveries.

Monitor import/export documentation (LC, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, E-way bill, etc.) and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.

Coordinate with customs, transporters, CHA (Customs House Agent), and government authorities for smooth clearance of international shipments.

Ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain inventory levels as per business requirements.

Develop strong supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.

Implement best practices in logistics, warehousing, and inventory management to minimize costs and reduce lead times.

Use ERP/SAP/Excel for procurement planning, stock monitoring, and reporting.

Support cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Finance, Sales) to meet organizational goals.

Track and report key supply chain KPIs (OTIF - On-Time In-Full, Lead Time, Freight Cost, Inventory Turnover).
