Role: Supply Chain Manager

Job description:
- Develop a capacity plan that meets customer needs, while maintaining compliance to supply and execution policies, throughput capacities and contractual requirements
- Drive supply-demand match and mitigation plans for capacity gaps, as well as what-if scenarios to support decision making with a service and P&L mindset
- Drive the S&OP process across product engineering, finance and supply-chain - communicate the plan, assumptions and changes; manage risks and focus on customer impact
- Provide a clear forecast and prioritized signal to the end-to-end execution teams
- Partner with product engineering, supply chain, finance, data centre ops, cloud server hardware, S&OP and networking teams to ensure all functions act in alignment with common goals
- Manage key KPI and optimize the plan for availability, revenue and cost
- Apply advanced analytics concepts toward rich insights and key financial and strategic decisions Manage transition in features and offerings, as well as underlying infrastructure or hardware changes
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in the supply chain, related product/technology, business administration or engineering field (prefer Masters) 6+ years experience in the supply chain, product, business planning Proficiency in Enterprise Planning Systems (such as SAP, Oracle, E2Open etc) and business intelligence engines (SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot, Tableu) are highly desired for this role
