Job description
Responsibilities:
The candidate will work on one or more of the elements in an Agile environment

• Understand Requirements
• Prepare Sourcing Strategy based on Spend, Market & Risk Analysis
• Execute RFP/Auction includes conducting negotiations with supplier
• Create and Execute Contracts from Templates
• Handover of Contracts
• Provide inputs for Category Strategy

Skillsets Required

• Analytical mindset
• Knowledge of e-Sourcing through Tool (Any application or tool)
• Understanding of Strategic Sourcing (Basic to Intermediate Level) and Category Management (Intermediate Level) in IT, Professional Services, Media and Marketing
• Negotiating with International Suppliers in English
• Contract drafting (Intermediate Level)
• Stakeholder Management (Advanced)
• Agile Methodology (preferred; if not, must have basic project management knowledge for Sourcing Programs)
• Good communication skills to write Sourcing Requirements and Project Reports in Tools - (Intermediate Level)

Other Information:

• Category based working experience (Required in anyone or more categories - Professional Services, IT, Media and Marketing, Enterprise services like corporate services or Property and Fleet)
• Must have a mindset to work in flexible project teams
