Analyse the queries coming and prepare a Plan Of Action for reducing those. Working on Customer Returns Packages & deepdive Analysis. Handling Queries of the Internal Department related to Logistics. Skills:- Good Communication Skills. Good Analytical Skills. Adaptability. Should be able to handle international calls. Email Writing. Interpersonal. Problem Solving. Patience. Time Management. Basic MS Office knowledge. Excel Skills. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to 20,000.00 per month Schedule:
