Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Manager

to manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination across our school network. This role involves frequent travel to our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement, inward/outward logistics, distribution, and inventory control for multiple schools. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, minimizing operational disruptions. Maintain and update vendor database; obtain competitive quotations and negotiate pricing and contractual terms. Develop comparative analysis reports to support cost-effective purchasing decisions. Implement inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels, avoiding overstocking or shortages. Conduct compliance audits and provide training to improve operational standards and team performance. Prepare and share MIS reports on stock levels, projections, non-moving items, and stock adjustments. Ensure store areas are maintained in clean and hygienic conditions. Coordinate with school teams to ensure smooth operational continuity across campuses.

Requirements:

Graduate degree (Supply Chain/Logistics/Operations preferred). 5+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics (experience in the education sector is an advantage). Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned schools.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
