Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Supply Chain & Logistics Executive
to oversee day-to-day procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and transport partners to ensure smooth and timely material flow across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, and inventory items.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in coordination with production, sales, and warehouse teams.
Plan and oversee dispatch, delivery, and transportation to ensure timely distribution.
Maintain accurate records for purchase orders, supplier invoices, and inventory transactions.
Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
Track supply chain KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
Support audits, compliance, and documentation requirements for procurement and logistics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
0-1 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement functions.
Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with inventory management systems.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
