About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate the movement, storage, and delivery of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and efficient logistics processes that support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and track supply chain operations by communicating effectively with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and retailers.
Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, goods receipt, storage, order fulfillment, and distribution.
Plan and monitor shipments to ensure delivery timelines and costs meet customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and logistics activities.
Resolve shipping, inventory, and delivery issues swiftly to avoid disruptions.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to synchronize supply chain activities.
Negotiate with suppliers, carriers, and vendors to secure favorable terms and optimize costs.
Utilize logistics software, ERP systems, and data analytics to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience (2+ years) in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or related roles.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of legal regulations, ISO standards, and best practices in logistics.

Pay: ₹12,161.39 - ₹36,889.43 per month
