:Key Responsibilities:
xefx82xb7 Supplier Sourcing & Relationship Management:
o Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers and
vendors.
o Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions to optimize cost-efficiency.
o Conduct regular supplier performance assessments and address any quality or
delivery issues.
xefx82xb7 Procurement Planning:
o Collaborate with Marketing, PMG, PTDC (Design) teams to forecast material
requirements.
o Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure a continuous supply of
components and materials.
o Maintain an optimal inventory level by overseeing stock control and
replenishment systems.
xefx82xb7 Cost Management & Budgeting:
o Implement cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and vendor
negotiations.
o Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations of electronic components.
o Prepare and manage procurement budgets, ensuring alignment with company
financial goals.
xefx82xb7 Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure purchased components meet required specifications and industry
standards.
o Manage risk related to supply chain disruptions by developing contingency
plans.
o Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and
environmental standards in the procurement process.
xefx82xb7 Vendor Development & Collaboration:
o Work closely with vendors to improve product quality and delivery efficiency.
o Facilitate product development with suppliers in line with new product
launches and innovations.
o Foster strong working relationships with key suppliers to support long-term
partnerships.
xefx82xb7 Logistics Coordination:
o Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
o Oversee the import/export process when dealing with international suppliers.
o Manage freight, transportation, and warehousing requirements for the
electronics supply chain.
xefx82xb7 Reporting & Analytics:
o Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, contracts, and
supplier information.
o Generate procurement reports and analyze data to make informed purchasing
decisions.
o Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to
procurement efficiency, cost savings, and supplier performance.
