Job Summary: The Supply Chain Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes, including global sourcing and delivery. The ideal candidate for this role should possess experience in planning and scheduling production and procurement for long lead items, optimizing inventory and transportation costs. Strong analytical skills with exposure to planning methodologies, algorithms, and optimization techniques are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet service levels optimally    and ensure the supply chain operates efficiently over extended periods.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain supply chain performance metrics to measure and improve performance.
• Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations preferably with exposure to long-range planning.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exposure to optimization tools & techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel Skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
