Supply Chain - IT Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible for aligning the capabilities and services to enable the advancement of supply chain processes across the enterprise and unlocking opportunities via technology, innovation projects in strong collaboration with supply chain team.

Responsibilities

Work with Technology and Operations team to capture business requirements, facilitate the translation to functional requirements and manage the projects until delivery into production.

Looking after end-to-end Information Systems service delivery of regional requirements.

Aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage.

To design and implement innovative supply chain models to optimize and improve the overall costs

To conduct in-depth data analysis to generate key insights for projects.

To define, design, launch and manage fulfilment & transportation related solutions.

To optimize and consolidate the Warehouse space requirement.

To drive incremental changes in current processes to increase productivity and process efficiencies using operations concepts.

Vendor management and project delivery as per technology roadmap.

Experience building and managing high performing teams and design/delivery of quality IT applications

Ability to work with multiple cultures, both within team and stakeholders

6 years of relevant experience + MBA from B school
