As an SCM Intern, you will support the supply chain team across various facets of procurement and logistics operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world supply chain challenges and offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient acquisition and movement of materials, ensuring seamless production and on-time delivery in the electronics/technology industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify suitable national and international vendors for electronic components. Evaluate vendors based on price, quality, compliance, and business alignment. Support in negotiating pricing and commercial terms to secure beneficial deals. Manage relationships with existing vendors and conduct daily follow-ups to ensure timely fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor communications, and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and optimize inventory levels. Coordinate with logistics partners to track and update the status of inbound and outbound shipments. Support documentation for quality checks and regulatory compliance, including import/export documentation. Know-how around CHA, Duty structures and regulatory requirements. Keen interest in learning process management by building SOP for blue collar workforce Contribute to procurement reports and inventory analysis using Microsoft Excel. Assist in identifying process improvements and enhancing supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (UG/PG). Strong interest in procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of data analysis is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
