About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Supply Chain Executive

to join our team. The role involves end-to-end coordination of supply chain operations, vendor management, and logistics, with frequent travel across India to ensure seamless operations. This position is ideal for candidates who are early in their career and are looking to grow in supply chain and operations management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring supply chain operations across multiple locations. Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting requirements. Conduct on-site visits across India to oversee logistics, distribution, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Support the preparation of reports, MIS, and documentation related to supply chain performance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field. 0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Willingness and ability to travel frequently within India. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP knowledge. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
