Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement process including vendor identification, quotation comparison, and purchase order issuance.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Track shipments, handle logistics arrangements, and resolve any transit issues.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels, and material consumption.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual terms.
Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement and favorable terms.
Support project teams with material planning and timely availability.
Prepare and analyze MIS reports related to procurement, logistics, and inventory.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for smooth supply chain operations.
