Role Overview

The

Supply Chain Executive

will be responsible for coordinating procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and vendor interaction. The role demands a hands-on approach to managing supply chain efficiency, on-time delivery, and effective material movement across departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Inventory:

Coordinate with vendors to procure raw materials, packaging, and consumables in line with production schedules. Monitor

stock levels

, create purchase requisitions, and track purchase orders to avoid shortages or overstocking. Ensure timely inwarding of materials, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), and inventory reconciliation. Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.

Production & Planning:

Collaborate with production and planning teams to align material availability with production targets. Assist in preparing

daily/weekly/monthly material requirement plans (MRP)

based on sales orders and forecasts. Monitor WIP (Work in Progress) materials and coordinate material movement to ensure smooth production flow.

Logistics & Distribution:

Plan and coordinate dispatches with transporters for both domestic and export shipments. Ensure proper documentation, packaging, labeling, and compliance with regulatory norms for outbound materials. Track shipments and resolve transportation issues to avoid delivery delays. Maintain strong communication with sales and warehouse teams for real-time updates.

Vendor & Documentation:

Maintain updated vendor databases, rate contracts, and delivery schedules. Assist in vendor evaluations, audits, and timely resolution of invoice/payment issues. Prepare reports on procurement costs, delivery performance, and inventory turnover ratios.

Pay: ₹16,205.32 - ₹63,490.95 per month
