9:30am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

Prepare order confirmations, sales invoices and packing lists in Tally. Coordinate with clients to receive signed confirmation of sales order. Cross-check sales order issued with purchase order issued by client.

Prepare pre-shipment and post-shipment documents

including packing list, invoice, shipping bill, regulatory declarations. Maintain records on

duty drawback, and MEIS credit on export shipments

. Maintain physical and digital records of pre-shipment & post-shipment documents. Coordinate with

CHA

for road transport, shipping container and vessel

Candidate Profile

Prior experience in

Export Documentation is compulsory / CHA

work background will be an added advantage. Ability to draft email communication for US and European international clients. Proficient in

MS Excel

. Good time management and organization skills. Any Graduate/ PG
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
