Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive with 2-4 years of experience to manage day-to-day supply chain operations. The role involves procurement, inventory control, vendor coordination, and logistics management to ensure smooth and cost-effective supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and inventory Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely material procurement Create and track purchase orders and follow up on deliveries Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for dispatch and receipt of goods Prepare daily/weekly supply chain reports Resolve supply-related issues such as delays, shortages, or damages Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Competencies

Sound knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations Experience in vendor management and inventory control Good negotiation and coordination skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems Good communication and time management skills
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / trading industry Knowledge of local transportation and warehouse operations ERP or SAP exposure will be an added advantage
