Supply Chain Executive

Chandigarh

Shift Timings:

1:30 PM to 1:30 AM (UK Process)

Workdays:

5 days a week + alternate Saturdays

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or related SCM roles. This role is part of our UK process, requiring excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage procurement activities, and ensure smooth operations within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement and Purchasing:

Handle end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor management and purchase order creation.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain operations.

Data Analysis:

Analyse supply chain metrics and provide actionable insights for process improvement.

Vendor Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Documentation:

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Problem Resolution:

Address supply chain issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or related SCM roles. Proficiency in supply chain software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexibility to adapt to UK time zones and processes.
