Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and ensure optimal stock availability.
Plan replenishment to avoid stock-outs and excess inventory.
Track inward and outward movement of goods and maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
Ensure proper documentation for dispatch, , and GRNs.
Reconcile physical stock with system stock and investigate variances.
Prepare daily/weekly inventory and dispatch reports.
Support order processing for MT, GT, and E-commerce channels.
Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure compliance with SOPs.
Assist in audits and cycle counts.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
FMCG industry experience.
Hands-on experience in warehouse operations.
