Role Overview

This role is responsible for managing

inventory planning, stock reordering, replenishment, and warehouse operations

across locations using

SAP & WMS

. The candidate will ensure

stock availability, inventory accuracy, and smooth material movement

between HO, warehouses, and factories.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end inventory planning, replenishment, and reordering

based on demand trends, sales forecasts, and consumption. Monitor

SKU-wise stock levels

across

HO, Factory, and Warehouses

to prevent stock-outs and over-stocking. Perform

MRP and stock planning in SAP

; review purchase proposals and stock transfer recommendations. Work on

WMS for inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, cycle counts, and stock reconciliation

. Track

slow-moving, ageing, and non-moving inventory

and recommend corrective actions. Ensure

inventory accuracy vs. system stock

, investigate variances and close discrepancies in

SAP / WMS

. Maintain

reorder levels, safety stock, min-max planning & lead-time parameters

. Coordinate with

Procurement, Production, Sales, Warehouse & Logistics teams

for timely replenishment. Monitor

open POs, GRNs, stock transfers, dispatch schedules, and material movement

. Support

cycle counting, physical stock audits & compliance documentation

. Prepare

inventory MIS & KPI reports

-- Stock Ageing, Fill Rate, OTIF, Inventory Turns, DOH. Support

process improvement & warehouse efficiency initiatives

using SAP & WMS functionalities. Ensure adherence to

FIFO / FEFO, SOPs, safety, and quality standards

. Manage

multi-location coordination

and participate in

on-site operational reviews

at factory locations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,582.54 - ₹70,186.52 per month
