Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting:

+ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
+ Track order status, dispatch details, and customer fulfilment metrics.
+ Maintain dashboards for sales, inventory, and supply chain performance.

Order Processing & Customer Coordination:

+ Act as SPOC for Private Label team for customer order processing.
+ Coordinate with operations, sales, logistics, finance team for timely order execution.
+ Manage warehouse inventory dashboards.
+ Update sales team on order status, dispatch schedules, and resolve basic queries.

Supply Chain & Inventory Support:

+ Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
+ Monitor inbound and outbound logistics data to identify bottlenecks.
+ Assist in periodic stock audits and variance reporting.

Cross-functional Coordination:

+ Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics) to ensure seamless order-to-delivery cycle.
+ Escalate operational issues promptly and follow up for closure.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

. Basic understanding of

ERP systems

. Working knowledge of

supply chain, inventory, and warehouse processes

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
