We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Admin Executive
to support our sales team by managing documentation, coordinating with clients, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations. The role is crucial in bridging customer requirements with internal teams to achieve sales targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management:
Process and verify distributor orders, coordinate with logistics/warehouse, and provide timely status updates.
Monitor distributor performance, prepare monthly summaries, and ensure timely reporting to MIS.
Distributor Support:
Assist in onboarding, account setup, training, and provide ongoing guidance.
Issue Resolution:
Handle order/payment discrepancies, stock concerns, and escalate complex issues when required.
Communication Hub:
Share company updates, promotions, and feedback between distributors, ASMs, and management.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field.
1-3 years' experience in Sales Admin / Coordination / Support roles.
Strong MS Office & reporting skills (Excel mandatory).
Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
