Role Overview

The

Supply Chain Executive

will play a key role in managing the end-to-end supply chain process -- from procurement and logistics coordination to inventory management and vendor communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the dynamics of an environmentally conscious supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee

procurement, import, and logistics

operations. Liaise with

suppliers, shipping agents, and distributors

for timely delivery of goods. Maintain

inventory records

, track stock levels, and plan reorders. Support

documentation for imports

, including invoices, shipping, and customs clearance. Monitor

warehouse operations

and ensure accuracy in dispatch and receipts. Collaborate with the

sales and accounts teams

for demand planning and order fulfillment. Identify process improvements to enhance

efficiency and cost-effectiveness

. Ensure compliance with

company policies and environmental standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in

Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Commerce / Business Administration

or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong learning capacity are also encouraged to apply). Basic understanding of

import/export documentation

and supply chain workflow. Proficiency in

MS Excel and ERP systems

. Strong

communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

. A proactive mindset with

willingness to learn and grow

in a fast-paced environment.
