Job role : Supply Chain Executive

Experience : 2-3 years

Department : Supply Chain / Operations

Reporting To: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing various aspects

of the supply chain, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, and vendor

coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are delivered to customers on

time and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with warehouses, 3PL partners, and courier services to ensure timely
dispatch and delivery of orders

Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stock-outs or overstock
situations

Track and analyse supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rates, delivery accuracy, lead times) Manage order processing systems and ensure smooth order-to-delivery flow Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and damages Collaborate with procurement and category teams for vendor and SKU planning Identify and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency Handle reverse logistics and RTO (Return to Origin) processes efficiently Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during storage and
transportation

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in an e-commerce or
retail environment

Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment operations Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain tools Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and coordination skills Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) Familiarity with marketplace integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Data-driven mindset with ability to use analytics to drive decisions Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement techniques

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
