Job Description

Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Planning and Strategy:

Developing and implementing long-term supply chain strategies that align with business goals. Identifying potential risks and opportunities within the supply chain and developing contingency plans.

Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.

Inventory Management:

Ensuring optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.

Optimizing warehouse operations and logistics to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.

Supplier Management:

Selecting, evaluating, and managing suppliers to ensure they provide high-quality products and services at competitive prices.

Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery timelines.

Logistics and Transportation:

Overseeing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, including selecting transportation methods and managing freight costs .Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns in the supply chain and make data-driven decisions.

Using technology and analytics to optimize supply chain processes and improve efficiency.

Problem Solving and Risk Management:

Identifying and resolving issues that arise in the supply chain, such as delays, shortages, or quality problems.

Implementing risk management and mitigation measures to protect the supply chain from disruptions.

Collaboration and Communication :

Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment on supply chain goals.

Communicating effectively with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Leadership and Team Management:

Leading and motivating a team of supply chain professionals.

Developing and training team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?52,000.00 per month
