Job Description

Order & Inventory Management

:

. Monitor daily e-commerce orders from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.

Coordinate with warehouse team for timely picking, packing, and dispatching orders.

Ensure accurate inventory availability across all platforms and update stock in ERP and marketplace portals.

. Perform regular stock reconciliation with warehouse and marketplace backend.

Logistics & Shipment Coordination

:

Manage courier service providers and 3PL logistics partners for timely pickup and delivery.

Track shipment status and resolve logistics issues like delayed delivery, lost shipment, or return disputes.

Ensure adherence to shipping SLAs and packaging guidelines of marketplace platforms

Vendor & Platform Coordination:

Coordinate with marketplace account managers for operational queries, return claims, performance matrix, and policy compliance.

Communicate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to streamline order processing.

Return (RTO) & Reverse Logistics Handling

:

Manage return shipments (RTO & Customer returns) and ensure timely inward and reconciliation.

Analyze return reasons and work with quality teams to reduce return ratio and operational losses.

Documentation & Reporting

:

Maintain GRN, delivery challan, shipping invoice, and other logistics documents.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to order status, delivery performance, returns, and logistics costs.

Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bills, and platform documentation mandates (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
