Key Responsibilities



Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across

D2C and e-commerce platforms

. Coordinate with

3PL partners, courier services, and warehouses

for order fulfillment and timely deliveries. Monitor inventory levels, track product movement, and ensure stock availability across channels. Oversee

packaging, labeling, and dispatch SOPs

to ensure compliance and quality. Collaborate with customer care and operations teams to

reduce RTO (Return to Origin)

and failed deliveries. Ensure efficient

reverse logistics handling

for returns/exchanges. Work closely with vendors for

procurement, agreements, and performance evaluation

. Generate

MIS reports, analyze shipment data

, and recommend process improvements. Drive cost optimization, TAT (Turnaround Time) reduction, and operational scalability.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in

Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field

.

1 - 3 years of experience

in supply chain management (preferably with a

D2C brand, FMCG, or e-commerce

). Proven experience in

3PL management, courier coordination, and warehouse operations

. Proficiency in

MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/SAP, or logistics management tools

. Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
