About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Supply Chain Executive

to manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for our export operations. The role involves working closely with vendors, production units, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with

vendors and manufacturing units

to ensure timely production and dispatch. Plan and monitor

order fulfillment

as per export schedules and client requirements. Handle

logistics coordination

including shipment booking, tracking, and follow-ups with freight forwarders. Assist in preparation and review of

export documentation

(invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, etc.). Maintain and update

supply chain and operations data

in Excel/ERP systems. Monitor inventory levels and support

procurement planning

. Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for order status, payments, and delivery timelines. Identify and resolve delays, shortages, or operational issues proactively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in

Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field

. At least

1 year of experience

in supply chain/logistics, preferably in an

exports or manufacturing environment

. Basic knowledge of

export procedures, INCOTERMS, and documentation

. Good working knowledge of

MS Excel

and reporting tools. Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
