The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of procurement and logistics activities, ensuring timely availability of materials, devices, documentation supplies, IT assets, and operational resources required across branches and departments. The role involves vendor management, inventory control, process monitoring, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for goods and services required by the company.
Maintain approved vendor lists and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Prepare purchase orders, track approvals, and ensure timely delivery from suppliers.
Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues.
Inventory & Asset Management
Maintain accurate records of stock levels for office supplies, IT assets, operational materials, and branch resources.
Plan replenishment cycles and avoid shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate asset movement between branches and maintain proper documentation.
Logistics & Distribution
Coordinate dispatch and delivery of materials to branches/pan India locations.
Manage courier/logistics partners and track shipment status until successful delivery.
Optimize logistical cost and time wherever possible.
Process & Compliance
Ensure procurement and logistics activities follow internal SOPs and audit guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and MIS related to procurement, stock, and vendor billing.
Support internal audits and assist in resolving discrepancies.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Finance, Admin, IT, Branch Operations, and other departments to understand requirements and fulfil requests.
Support new branch openings, relocations, and expansions by providing necessary materials.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations (preferably in financial services or corporate environment).
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of inventory management tools or ERP systems (preferred).
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
