Supply Chain Executive

: Supply Chain Manager and Head of Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliability and quality. Monitor inventory levels at factory to prevent stock outs and overstocking. Oversee the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring that shipments are delivered on time without causing any damage. Maintain a Damage Claim register, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up of any goods damaged during transportation or storage Validate and check E-Way Bills on a daily basis to ensure compliance with regulations and timely processing of shipments. Collaborate with transporters and distribution teams to plan and coordinate deliveries. Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to senior management on a daily basis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, production and finance) to align supply chain activities such as dispatch schedule. Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain (e.g., disruptions, delays, supplier issues). Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and follow up on their timely execution. May sometimes require working outside of regular business hours to meet tight deadlines or manage urgent issues. Full-time, office-based with occasional travel required for supplier visits, warehouses. Any other miscellaneous works which may come on time from the seniors.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management. Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive tasks. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and documentation. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Commerce, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (freshers with strong skills may be considered). Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred.
