Your Tasks

• Identifying best practices and planning process improvements to meet to improve service levels and inventory turnover ratio.
• Develop SC dashboard in line with Beiersdorf global and other internal KPIs in accordance with ABP.
• Conducts analysis and implements improvements for all work processes in order to eliminate Non-Value Added Activity.
• Set up reviews along with Director- Supply Chain for SC KPIs and update dashboards, budget management and controls
• Lead and implement all SC IT automation projects and partner with stakeholders to realise expected benefits in line with local and global KPIs.
• Responsible for the Design/Build and Deployment of the key processes within demand & Supply planning function
• Responsible for training and coaching demand & Supply planning community to drive adoption of the key DP/SP processes
• Lead for S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) process rollout for India markets - Process Blueprint creation, AS IS process mapping, S&OE process rollout
• Leading Change Management with Commercial team & Operations team
• Must be an APO business expert.
• Design and implement network for primary transportation and review (regular basis) in conjunction to total delivered cost.
• Lead rollout of SAP-WMS implementation across identified warehouse and partner with RLMs and LSP to deliver committed KPIs.
• Building a strong transportation network with identified primary transportation vendors by lane. Working with the transportation vendors to ensure strong business relationship and support at optimal cost and vehicle load factor basis. Negotiating favourable terms for annual transportation agreements.

• Driving pipe line of cost savings ideas, create price advantage, continuity of quality supply and innovation for the function
• Establish safety and quality parameters for warehouse operations and partner along with Regional Logistics team for compliance/adherence.
• Develop SOPs for warehousing operation in ensuring inventory accuracy across the country on a daily basis and identify the critical issues
• Facilitate and build capability for regional logistics managers towards execution of the regional demand planning process for the regions.
• Develop metrics to gauge the efficacy of planning tools like MRP/CRP.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for segmented service levels in logistics operation and planning process for various sales channel i.e., General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce and CSD/CPC.

Your Profile

• Overall 4-5 years of post-MBA experience in supply chain with a reputed organization in the FMCG/FMCD space.
• Sound understanding of the Indian logistics environment / warehousing, transportation, Planning dimensions and supply chain IT tools.
• Prior experience preferred in leading or driving SC IT projects leading to efficiencies in cost or process.
