What you will do

As the India Consumer Health Supply Chain Excellence lead, the person would be responsible for process re-design or new setup projects which identify , design and deploy end to end supply chain excellence to help us improve our performance across product/ process compliance, customer service, cost competitiveness and drive the agenda of supply chain digital transformation . The job requires the person to work closely with other functional leaders of Plan, Make, Source, deliver , Technical and across Commercial teams to help deliver impactful projects, which orchestrate the Supply chain to deliver value for the full Organization.


Key Responsibilities

Work on key Projects identified as part of Deployment of India Operations Strategic Priorities (OKRs) , which can be on either identified regionally or locally on Global SCM Tool roll out , Digital Dashboard adoption , Lead SC Digitization agenda in collaboration with other functions Devise SC models to meet the needs of emerging customers and channels like e-comm/ eB2B Coordinate delivery of E2E Gross Profit key Improvement programs for India Develop and help in driving execution of 3 year operating plan/ Business planning process The Customer Centric SC SME building external customer relationships vis Collaborative Programs to reduce mutual Cost to Serve. Facilitate/ Execute Key Supply Chain and Commercial collaboration initiatives to drive NTS growth and help in improving customer service Partner with Customer Development on exception based E2E Business Planning opportunities to reduce complexity, optimize E2E inventory and drive customer experience SC Performance management / Reporting and Analytics Be SME on SAP APO adoption , VSM Programs , Lean Supply Chain , IBP processes , digital maturity and adoption

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Supply chain Function in roles of Planning - Demand, Supply, Network , logistics, of this a 1-3 years' experience in SCM excellence will be preferred Experience in FMCG is preferred

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in supply chain, Operations, Digital Technology is preferred

Desired Skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross functional teams in Matrix structure Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into insights Ability to establish and maintain credibility as a knowledgeable business partner across functions of SCM Strong Stakeholder management, engagement and communication skills Perseverance, curiosity, resilience, action-oriented bias
