Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Supply Chain Engineer

to support procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, and production coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work across functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies Develop and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely deliveries Plan and track supply chain operations including purchase orders, inward logistics, and warehouse coordination Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to optimize cost and lead time Collaborate with production, QA, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment on material planning Prepare and analyze inventory reports to maintain stock health and avoid overstocking or stockouts Ensure all purchase and inward records are maintained accurately for audits and compliance Coordinate with transporters and vendors for logistics and inward material follow-ups

Qualifications & Requirements:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations (freshers with internship experience may apply) Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (Tally/Zoho/SAP or similar) Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Willingness to travel to vendors/suppliers and factory locations when required Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
