Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Engineer with knowledge of lithium-ion battery components procurement and logistics. The candidate will assist in ensuring smooth supply chain operations, from sourcing quality materials to managing delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Support procurement activities related to lithium-ion battery parts such as cells, BMS, casings, connectors, etc. Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups. Assist in planning and managing logistics, including transportation and warehousing. Monitor inventory levels and support demand planning to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and supplier performance. Collaborate with internal teams such as R&D, Production, and Quality to ensure timely material availability. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all supply chain processes.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in the lithium-ion battery or electronics industry. Strong understanding of lithium-ion battery components and supply chain flow. Good knowledge of logistics operations and documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar is a plus). Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
