Job Position: Supply Chain \xe2\x80\x93 Documentation Executive : Preparation of logistics inquiry (RFQ) and preparation of Techno- Commercial Bid Comparison Coordinating with the vendors for obtaining Commercial Invoices/Packing List for Overseas /Indigenous Shipments. Checking the Invoices/Packing List w.r.t P.O / Communicating with Vendors for corrections as warranted for Custom Clearance / Processing the Bills for Indigenous Services. Co-coordinating with Freight Forwarders/ Custom Brokers for arranging the D.O/ forwarding the Shipping Documents for seamless Custom clearing of goods /Freight Invoices / tracking the movements and processing the service bills . Coordinating with all stakeholders for logistics movements. MIS \xe2\x80\x93 Preparing daily status reports. Qualification/Skills requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Preferably B.Com./B.Sc. Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word. Good communication skills (Written & Oral) in English, Tamil. Previous experience in Freight Forwarding Industry/ Shipping Line in Documentation is an added qualification. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 910,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
