Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy & Development
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth and cost objectives
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across the supply chain network
Lead supply chain transformation and capability-building initiatives
Supplier Development & Management
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
Drive supplier performance improvement programs (quality, cost, delivery, sustainability)
Collaborate with suppliers on capacity expansion, process improvements, and risk mitigation
Process Improvement
Optimize procurement, inventory, logistics, and production planning processes
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
Standardize best practices across regions or business units
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Engineering teams
Support new product introductions (NPI) and demand planning initiatives
Align supply chain capabilities with sales forecasts and customer requirements
Data & Performance Management
Define and track KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, cost savings, lead time, supplier scorecards)
Use data analytics to support decision-making and scenario planning
Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
Risk & Compliance
Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and sustainability standards
Support business continuity and resilience planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
X+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or supplier development
Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing processes
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or MBA
Certifications: APICS (CPIM, CSCP), Six Sigma, PMP
Experience in global or multi-site supply chains
Knowledge of sustainability and responsible sourcing practices
