Job Summary
We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in inventory management, vendor coordination, and data maintenance. The role involves supporting day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure smooth material flow, accurate records, and effective coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy
Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, deliveries, and follow-ups
Maintain and update supply chain data, reports, and records in ERP/Excel
Track inward and outward movement of materials
Support procurement and logistics activities as required
Resolve basic supply chain or vendor-related issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company processes and documentation standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain, inventory, or logistics roles
Basic understanding of inventory management processes
Experience in vendor coordination and follow-ups
Strong data management skills with proficiency in MS Excel
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Graduation in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
Experience working with ERP systems
