Job Description

- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels by tracking stock, analyzing sales trends, and forecasting demand to avoid overstocking or shortages.?

- Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, price negotiation, and timely delivery of goods while building strong vendor relationships.?

- Use supply chain software to track product movement, manage warehouse operations, and generate performance reports.?

- Collaborate with cross?functional teams (sales, marketing, production) to align supply chain strategies with company goals and market demands.?

- Handle customs clearance for international shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations.?

- Assist in developing and implementing supply chain processes and strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.?

- Conduct regular inventory audits, manage returns/exchanges, and resolve logistical issues such as delayed or damaged shipments.?

- Prepare and analyze supply chain reports, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for process improvement.? ?
