Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, goods received, and stock levels.
Assist in procurement planning and cost control.
Follow up with vendors for quotations, delivery status, and payment-related queries.
Prepare periodic reports on material movement, stock position, and vendor performance.
Support warehouse and logistics operations as required.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procedures.
Required Qualification:
Education:
Any degree or diploma (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management).
Experience:
0-3 years (Freshers can apply; experience in supply chain/logistics is an added advantage).
Computer Skills:
Basic MS Excel, email communication, ERP/Tally knowledge preferred.
