Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams to ensure timely order release.
Maintain order fulfilment schedules and communicate delays or issues proactively.
Build and maintain supply chain dashboards (order status, fulfilment rate, lead times, returns)
Coordinate boutique-level stock movements including new launches, sales return handling, and inventory transfers
Track and manage ageing inventory across boutiques; coordinate timely recalls or liquidation decisions.

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in any field, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant Experience
2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail
Behavioural Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and ability to handle multiple priorities
Knowledge
Strong understanding of order management, boutique operations, and inventory planning
Proficiency in Excel; experience with MIS dashboards and ERP tools (eg Oracle)
Prior experience in supply chain or jewellery operations.
Hands-on with planning tools or inventory management systems
