Good time-management skills Ability to communicate effectively through presentations, email, one-on-one, and team discussion Thorough understanding of company products and logistics. strong analytical and statistical capabilities to understand supply and demand issues Supply Chain Management and Coordination for material procurement and transportation, logistics and coordinating Export-Import operations. 1 Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Purchase 2 Planning delivery timetables, Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand 3 Documentation including Licenses, Export and Import Shipment, deal with CHA, To raise PO 4 Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory. 5 Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production. 6 Overseeing arrival of shipments 7 Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors 8 Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution. 9 Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, 10 Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies. 11 Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors 12 Develop effective communication and processes with the transportation and logistics vendors. 13 Need to oversee production, then monitor and track materials and products as they are made and shipped 14 Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost. 15 Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to 16 Works with freight forwards and transportation companies to set best route and rate (reviews and approves all freight terms and agreements) 17 Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods 18 Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects 19 To create delivery systems so every item reaches its destination efficiently. Overall, supply chain managers remove as much friction 20 Performs other duties as assigned

• Monitoring supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize process efficiency and productivity.
• Coordination of Export - Import Operations
• Domestic and export logistics, and reviewing all customer response for all orders and payments.
• Procurement activities and logistics, preparing purchase order for domestic purchases and imports for sourcing necessary materials and supplies and tracking of inward shipments.
• Research and work with manufacturing team to determine best vendors
• Coordinating and planning the export and domestic shipments with manufacturing team.
• Maintaining inward/outward material movement list and coordination with transporters to organize inward/outward dispatch of shipment, work with freight forwarders and transporters to set the best route and rate.
• Preparing dispatch plan, coordinating with plant team to organize dispatches.
• Tracking and sharing the consignment status to customer along with shipment documents.
• ISO Documentation
• Maintaining ledgers of vendors and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Required Candidate profile
• Candidates with prior work experience in the chemicals or manufacturing industries, will be preferred.
• Must be proficient in English Language verbal and written communication with strong email/letter drafting skills.
• Should have knowledge and experience in Supply chain logistics operations and Purchase, International Business.
• Excellent Negotiation skills and Multitasking Ability
• Working knowledge of MS Office Software.
