About the Job:



We are seeking a dedicated and organized Supply Chain Associate to support and enhance our logistics, procurement, and inventory management operations. This role is integral to ensuring seamless material flow and maintaining compliance with organizational standards while contributing to process optimization and operational efficiency.

What you will be doing:



Collaborate with the deployment team to manage logistics and inventory efficiently. Ensure the timely procurement and delivery of direct and indirect materials as per requisitions. Support continuous improvement initiatives Design and implement optimized processes for procurement,supply chain and Store operations. Maintain compliance with material flow protocols and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Manage contracts related to administrative activities, ensuring timely issuance and follow-up on purchase orders (POs). Align procurement and supply chain activities with organizational policies and strategic goals. Maintain Management information systems (MIS) Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish strong, beneficial partnerships. Ensure accurate record-keeping for inventory, shipments, and delivery processes. Collaborate across teams to foster accountability, innovation, and professional growth.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High Proficiency in Google Suite and MS office, Excel, Word etc. Familiarity with ERP systems such as transact, SAP etc and supply chain tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Should have a dynamic & high growth mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
