is responsible for developing and delivering data-driven supply chain analytics that span across Business Units and functions, enabling visibility into operational performance, inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and order management. The role supports strategic decision-making through data analysis, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve profitability, customer service, and inventory goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze cross-BU and cross-functional business requirements.
Develop
Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
and translate them into
Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
.
Map source application tables and columns across systems including
EBS, SAP, Kinaxis
, and other enterprise platforms.
Define and document business transformation rules and data logic to support integration and reporting initiatives.
Create and manage
JIRA stories
, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones in alignment with Agile practices.
Support
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
by developing test cases, executing validation, and documenting results.
Perform
data validation and reconciliation
to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems and reports.
Act as a
techno-functional SME
for Inventory and Planning processes with deep expertise in
EBS
and an understanding of its relationship with other enterprise systems.
Work closely with
Data Engineering and BI teams
to ensure successful implementation of solutions in
Snowflake and Power BI
environments.
Ensure Agile best practices are followed in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Experience:
3-5 years
of relevant professional experience in
Supply Chain Analytics, Data Analysis, or Business Systems
.
Hands-on experience with
EBS, SAP, Kinaxis, Snowflake, and Power BI
preferred.

cross-functional project delivery
.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Licenses/Certifications:
None required; certification in
Six Sigma, APICS, or Agile/Scrum
