The

Supply Chain Analyst, Cost Management

will be based in

Hyderabad, India

. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Sourcing . We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to manage, monitor, and analyze supply chain costs across all functions. The analyst will also serve as the RFQ (Request for Quotation) Administrator, managing cost overrides and ensuring accuracy in cost data shared with the Sales and Commercial teams. Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

Cost Management & Analysis

Monitor and analyze cost components across the supply chain: logistics and materials. Build and maintain cost models for freight forecasting, landed cost analysis

RFQ Administration & Sales Support

Serve as the RFQ (Request for Quotation) Administrator - manage and update rate submissions, quotation templates, and supplier responses Manage cost overrides requested by the Sales and Commercial teams - validate requests, apply overrides, and document justifications. Act as the single point of contact for sales-related cost queries, ensuring alignment between supply chain cost data and customer pricing models.

Reporting & Dashboards

Create automated dashboards and reports to track cost KPIs, savings, and budget vs actuals. Provide routine reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to supply chain leadership and finance on spend, freight rates, and vendor performance. Ensure data transparency and auditability of all cost components. Proactively improve cost tracking processes and documentation standards.

Here is some of what you will need (required):

Graduate with (5-8) years of experience in Logistic and Material costing. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; expert-level Excel proficiency. Expert with BI/reporting tools (Power BI) and MS Excel with VBA skills Deep understanding of rate structures both Materials and Logistics Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple priorities.
