to assist in the daily supply and delivery operations of our
wholesale footwear godown
. The role involves handling goods movement, loading/unloading, stock delivery to retail stores/customers, and maintaining accurate dispatch records.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and deliver footwear stock to retail stores, dealers, or customers as per schedule.
Assist in
loading and unloading
footwear cartons in the godown or delivery vehicle.
Support godown staff in
stock arrangement and labeling
.
Verify items during dispatch to ensure correct quantity, size, and product.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the godown and delivery area.
Communicate with the
Store Manager or Dispatch Incharge
for daily supply instructions.
Handle goods carefully to prevent damage during handling or transport.
Assist in
stock counting
and
inventory movement tracking
.
Report any delivery issues, shortages, or damages immediately.
Follow all
safety, security, and company policies
.
Requirements:
Minimum education: SSLC / Plus Two (preferred)
Prior experience in godown or delivery work (especially in footwear or retail industry) preferred
Physically fit and able to lift footwear cartons
Basic communication and teamwork skills
Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy
Two-wheeler license (if delivery involves vehicle use)
