This is a full time on site role for an Supply Associate located in Kochi. The Supply Associate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating property acquisition opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence,negotiating deals and managing financial analysis. They will also colloborate with internal teams and external stake holders to communicate recomendations and ensure smooth property transactions. The role will require providing strategic insights to support the business expansion goals in alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
1. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
2. Strong Analytical skills and financial knowledge to evaluate and support property transactions.
3. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
4. Prior experience in a similar role or in the real estate and housing industry is an advantage.
